Kit standardisation
One specified kit per role, repeatable across every site.
Most sites end up with several versions of the same thing. Different departments order different gloves for identical work, sizing drifts between orders, and nobody can say what a given role is supposed to be issued.
We go through the roles with you and agree a list for each one: what it includes, what size range it needs to cover, and what gets replaced how often. After that, ordering for a role is one line rather than a conversation.
It also makes everything else easier to see. When a role has a defined kit, you can tell what a new starter needs, what a site is spending, and what is actually being worn.
