How we work
We check before we list
We read what a manufacturer claims, then read what its paperwork actually supports, and we make sure the two agree before the item goes in the catalogue. If US certification is still being sorted out, the product page says so. You should not have to find that out from us later.
We get the small things right
Sizes, model codes, what is in the box, how often something really needs replacing. These are what turn a good order into a wrong one, and they are worth the time it takes.
If it’s wrong, it’s wrong
There is no such thing as an order that is nearly right. If something we sent is not what it should be, we sort it out. We will not spend your time working out whose fault it was first.
What we make and what we carry
We make our own coveralls, uniforms and customisation, so the sizing and the stitching are ours to answer for. Everything else comes from five manufacturers we chose, on how their gear holds up in the work it is built for and on how they behave when something goes wrong.
We keep the range small because we want to be able to speak for all of it.
